I'm the Decoy/Bait kid that they use on 'To Catch A Predator.' The producers tell me that I'm good at seducing 60 year old men.

you wrote a really good song that sounds like pennywise? thats not an easy thing to accomplish

Well, It sort of is, i feel like a douche for saying this, but punk is just power chords. Punk is the best, but its extremely simple (nothing wrong with that though)

I feel like a douche for correcting you, but punk is more that power chords.
Look at hardcore, some bands combined jazz and surf and shit with punk.

So yeah. Take that.

haha its alright, im pretty ignorant at times.
I was more or less talking about the ramones type of punk ( i am not a fan of the ramones whatsoever) but you have to admit, alot of punk is extremely simple, (though the type of punk with other influences E.G: the clash, are more than punk.)

For a bass substitute, you can put clean EQ on a guitar, raise the bass all the way up and the treble almost all the way down, mids wherever the hell you want.
After that, you can just lower the recorded "bass" one octave.

As for drums, you can use MIDI files or whatever, I don't know about that.

he, i cant, i have one of those cheap-ass Micro Cube amps, that have no settings on it, but i will try playing on clean, and turning down an octave

I love you.

erm...thanks?

Yeah, I have a digital amp. I'd rather get a Marshall, but they're fucking expensive

i know, if i could find a great amp for cheap cost, i would be happy, but i guess the micro cube isn't that bad, it has ALOT of different settings and effects, but you cant control treble, or mid, or bass, only the tone and gain

Micro Cube needs to straighten out their priorities.

My amp has effects as well, but they sound so sterile. There's no vibe.

yea, there are 2 good effects on the amp ( theres 4 effects in total: chorus, flanger, phaser, and tremolo) chorus, and phaser
